Is it regular water or a water that promotes itself as having magical powers?

Micellar water is purified water with other ingredients such as glycerin. The purpose of micellar water is to get rid of dirt and oil from the face. After a long day with a full face of makeup, you can use micellar water to wipe off your makeup before your skin care routine.
